Harper isn't very tall he's 5'6, he can be summed up as blonde, scruffy, constantly in motion. He has a neural interface (also called a Cerebral Port, or Data Port) at the base of his skull, which he uses to jack into computers, sentient ships, and programs. He's never too far away from his tool belt and gauss pistol or a can of Sparky Cola (or beer) if he can help it.
